• Clinica Monseñor Oscar A. Romero
  Alfaro & Alfaro is a strong supporter of Clinica Monseñor Oscar A. Romero, a highly respected and well-regarded community-based 501 (c) (3) non-profit free clinic that provides quality, affordable health care and education services to the uninsured, low-income population in the Los Angeles area. Clínica presently provides over 40,000 medical and dental visits and health education and prevention to over 10,000 individuals.

• Scorpion Soccer League
  The Scorpion Soccer League is a non-for profit 501 (c) (3) organization headed by Mr. Jose De Leon, a Salvadoran American Detective of the Los Angeles Police Department who on his voluntary time organizes an annual soccer tournament which benefits local communities by interacting police officers, fire department personnel, and members of the Immigration and Naturalization Services.

• Latin Business Association
  The LBA is the leading and fastest growing non-for-profit business organization, which focuses on providing business development, advocacy, and education. Alfaro & Alfaro has been an active member for over 4 years and has sponsored several business mixers and educational seminars including the first business mixer in Spanish in the 25-year history of the association.

• Chamber of Commerce of El Salvador-USA
  Recognizing the entrepreneurial spirit of Salvadoran-Americans in the U.S., Alfaro & Alfaro has been consistently supporting the efforts of the Chamber of Commerce of El Salvador-USA, a growing business organization resource focused on providing business development, education, and reference support to the general business community including US based companies doing business in El Salvador, or at an international level.

• Chamber of Commerce of Guatemala-California
  Alfaro & Alfaro has been an active member of the Chamber of Commerce of Guatemala-California, which is focused on the development of Guatemala-American businesses and international trade here in California and through out the United States, and the Pacific Rim.

• Chamber of Commerce of Nicaragua-California
  Alfaro & Alfaro has been active member of the Chamber of Commerce of Nicaragua-California, a business chamber focused on international trade between the US and Nicaragua; the Chamber has sponsored several business trade missions that have included US companies with an interest in having a presence in the country of Nicaragua, Central America.
